Organizational admission
Selected by organizations.
Committed to the work.
The Academy follows a closed model of admission.
Participants enter when organizations select and send their employees for training. Individual open enrollment is not offered.
This organizational principle connects study to the responsibilities participants carry in their professional environments. What they learn must be examined through practice, reflection, and the consequences of their decisions.
The starting point is a commitment to self-mastery: the ability to manage attention, state, and behavior before attempting to influence a situation.
The core program · 21 months
Three months of immersion.
Eighteen months of practice.
An intensive in-person foundation is followed by sustained remote study. The sequence gives participants time to develop skills and examine how those skills translate into everyday work.
03Months · In person
Build the foundation
The first phase concentrates on attention, self-command, observation, and communication through direct training and guided practice.
- State, emotions, breathing, voice, and behavior.
- Listening, perception, and the examination of assumptions.
- Preparation, dialogue, and analysis of decisions.
- Training journals and the habit of structured reflection.
18Months · Remote study
Develop the practice
The second phase continues the work at a distance, connecting study with the situations participants encounter in their professional lives.
- Continued exercises and observation.
- Reflection on conversations, choices, and outcomes.
- Attention to relationships and the surrounding environment.
- Refinement of judgment through repeated practice.
The training discipline
Observe. Practice.
Reflect. Refine.
Knowledge becomes a skill through deliberate work.
A participant learns to notice what happened, distinguish an observation from an interpretation, and examine the part their own behavior played in the result.
- ObservationAttend to words, behavior, context, and your own reactions.
- PreparationClarify the purpose, relevant information, and the other person’s perspective.
- PracticeWork with specific skills in conversation and structured exercises.
- ReflectionRecord what you noticed, test your assumptions, and identify what to improve.
Instructor Division
Develop the people
who develop others.
The Instructor Division is a separate program devoted to preparing instructors in the discipline of Influence Snipering.
The instructor’s responsibility extends beyond personal proficiency. It includes making a skill understandable, creating useful practice, observing a trainee’s progress, and giving precise feedback.
The division focuses on the craft of instruction and the responsibility of guiding another person’s development. It is distinct from the core 3 + 18 month program.

Responsibility and mastery
Begin with yourself.
Remain accountable.
Mea est responsabilitas
The responsibility is mine.
Sui victor, mundi victor
Self-mastery is the starting point for acting in the world.
Precision in influence carries a responsibility to understand the person, consider the consequences, and respect their right to make their own decision.
